Question Hyperstar and Flocking?

Has anyone done any research on flocking the SCT tube and using a Hyperstar?

I did flock the inside of my C9.25 and though it looked great I could not detect any change in the image contrast. So I have left my C14 unflocked, I did perform an unscientific test bouncing a LED light off the side walls and could not detect this on a CCD at the rear. I believe the central baffle tube and secondary baffle do a good job in eliminating these reflections (the SCT port at the rear can only 'see' the main mirror for normal viewing positions).

However, with Hyperstar we are no longer using either of the standard baffling arrangements, maybe flocking should be considered 'mandatory' for us f/2 imagers?

Your thoughts?
